Orders
We
at Heartbeat of the Goddess believe that you should have the
opportunity to have your dreams come true. We welcome special
orders. If we don’t have it, we will try to find it. We only ask
your
patience in allowing us the opportunity to either research your
request, or to take the time and care needed to create something
special just for you.
All
special orders are to be paid in full prior to shipment. No refunds
or exchanges on special orders. Please allow 4-6 weeks shipping
on all
special orders. If we have any problems, we will notify you. Please
make certain we have correct contact information on file.
Returns
If
for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your
selection, please contact me with in 5 working days of receiving your
shipment and I will arrange for either an exchange or a full refund. You
must agree to pay any return shipping charges.
Shipping policy
Because
we at Heartbeat of the Goddess care about the safe delivery
of your special order, please add 15% to your total order
to help
defray shipping costs. Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for delivery.
Shipping within the United States only.
All
items damaged in shipment may be returned for exchange. Return
shipping fees will be paid by Heartbeat of the Goddess. Notification
of damaged shipment must be received no later than 5 working days
after receiving your shipment.
